Can I use my own domain name like www.MyCoolStore.com?
Yes, you can use your own domain name. A unique web address will make it easier for your customers to remember where to find you.
All customers are instantly given a Flying Cart subdomain (example: www.MyCoolStore.flyingcart.com). If you choose to use your own custom domain your customers will not see the “.flyingcart.com” in your store url.

What kind of computer knowledge is required to set up a store?
None! If you know how to surf the web, you can set up a store. No special knowledge necessary. Our user-friendly interface makes it super fast and easy to enter product data and upload images. You can also ask us questions at anytime!

Can you setup my store for me?
Flying Cart was built so that anyone can easily create a store in minutes. But we understand if you need some help getting things all setup. If you need something a little more complex we charge a one time setup fee. Contact us to see how we can help.

What exactly do you provide for stores that want to go online?
We provide the storefront, shopping cart, web hosting, marketing tools, and payment integration. We also offer fast and friendly support as well as step-by-step guides on how to promote your store online.

Can I sell digital files like Software, eBooks, Music, Videos, and Images?
Yes, you can sell digital files by using our sister product Digioh. All you need to do is upload your digital file right on Digioh.com and you can be selling in seconds. This is the easiest way to sell any type of digital file. Contact us to get a discount if you sign up for both Digioh and Flying Cart.
How Do I Get Paid?

Will my customers be able to pay with a credit card to make purchases?
Yes, your customers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or Google Checkout. Money will be transferred directly to either your PayPal or Google Checkout account.

How do I accept payments for my sales?
Set up a PayPal Business account and/or a Google Checkout seller's account. When a customer purchases an item from your store the payment goes directly to your account. No expensive credit card gateways or complicated payment processing.

Yes. You can add options like sizes (S, M, L, XL), colors (Purple, Polka Dots, Yellow Stripes), scents (Roses, Fresh Breeze, Britney Spears) or any other type of options to your products. It is super simple to add.
