I love Fans. People that love you for what you do. They are the best marketing tool you have. Someone that tells all their friends about your products. It is priceless!
Now you can invite customers, friends, and family members to join your store fan club. Each fan can easily create a profile, upload a picture, bookmark products, and invite their friends.
We also added a way for you to stay in touch with all your fans via HTML newsletter to announce sales, events, new product additions, or just to say hi.
Why we launched this feature:
A big part of creating a successful online store is keeping old customers. If you can create a community around your products, get people excited, and generate repeat customers you no longer have to rely on external factors like search engine rankings. We have a lot more in store regarding the fan club (we have only launched a very basic version today) so stay tuned and PLEASE let us know if you have any ideas on what to add.
HOW TO START?
You can easily turn your Fan Club on or off at the bottom of your store settings page of your headquarters. Can’t wait to see how people use this!

Flyingcart,
This new FAN CLUB feature is awesome. Its a great way to gather and maintain a database of customers.
Flyingcart has added many new features in the short time I have been a member and this is one of my favorites so far.
Although the Fan Club is a great improvement I have a small problem with this feature. If folks sign up to be a fan on my store why cant I access that database. I need to upgrade to a Pro Pack? Maybe then it should only be available to that package?
Its a little misleading.
Keep up the good work,
Ruben
Ruben! Love the fact that you started using the fan club.
I hear what you are saying. Thanks for the suggestion. We have a team meeting this Monday and need to figure out how we can make this open to all our customers.
Thanks again!
Rishi
I would like to use the fan club, but I don’t like the sign-in fields on the top of the screen over the store banner. Can there be a “fan club log in page” instead?
What I would realy like to see as the next feature on flyingcaart stores is a “product search box”. (I hope it’s OK to suggest that here). Wayne.
why the pictures loaded for my store go in the bottom of the page?
